Terms of Service Version 2.0

1. Acceptance and modification of terms:: This agreement is entered between you and LeechPack, SRL. By subscribing to our website: www.leechpack.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. LeechPack, SRL may review and modify these terms and/or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Each update will be notified on our website.

2. Description of service:: LeechPack.com, is a community driven gateway between file hosts and the bit torrent network. None of the files or torrents stored remotely are controlled or monitored by our administrators.

3. Access:: LeechPack has been designed solely to be accessed by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and/or over the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or access our website.

4. Acceptable use policy:

You agree not to use our site to conduct any unlawful or illegal activities, including but not limited to:

Make available any content that spreads messages of terror, death or torture.
Harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography. Your files will be immediately reported to the proper authorities.
Conducting any kind of attack, misuse or abuse of our website that harms our users or our company.
Make available any content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights from third parties.
Make available any content considered pornographic or obscene.

Excluding points a) and b), we will enforce our code of conduct with our users by giving you a warning and removing the infringing file/s from our system immediately.

5. Privacy Policy:: LeechPack, SRL agrees not to share or sell any of your information to any third parties, this includes but it's not limited to: E-Mails, Names, Personal Login Information, Billing Information. All your information is strictly confidential for us. However, there might be extreme cases when LeechPack, SRL deems it necessary or appropriate.

6. Maintenance:: Our company may perform maintenance services from time to time. You acknowledge that such maintenance may require downtime. We will attempt to provide prior notice of the maintenance downtime, except in the case that circumstances beyond our control limit the ability to do so.

7. Subscriptions and payments:: Our basic services are free. If You decide to upgrade to one of our premium membership plans then You will be responsible for managing the subscription via Your Pay Pal account identified at the time of subscription. Your Pay Pal account will be billed automatically based on the subscription terms selected by You at the time of the subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time using your Pay Pal account.

8. Refund Policy:: We will not issue refunds after thirty (30) days have passed. However, we also agree to evaluate each case individually. Please contact us through e-mail at: support@leechpack.com.
